Luis Seoane Estruel is a Graduate Assistant at the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Health, where he collaborates with Dr. Tatiana Andreyeva on studying the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on infant feeding practices. He is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at UConn. Luis holds a B.S. degree in Economics and International Business from the University of Alcala (Spain). His research focuses on Health Economics, Labor Economics, and Industrial Organization (IO).
