Hebaq Elmi joined the UConn Rudd Center for Food Policy & Health in May 2019. She is a Research Technician working mainly with Dr. Tatiana Andreyeva and Sally Mancini on multiple projects surrounding food policy and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Hebaq earned her B.S. degree in Allied Health Sciences and Biology at the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining the Rudd Center, she was a volunteer research assistant at the University of Connecticut’s Korey Stringer Institute.
