Grace Kane

Graduate Assistant

Grace Kane is a Graduate Assistant for the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Health. She is working with Dr. Caitlin Caspi and Dr. Kim Gans on their research studying the effects of an enhanced grocery delivery program for Meals on Wheels recipients in Rhode Island. Grace is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health at UConn Health. She received her B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Urban and Community Studies from UConn in 2020. She is passionate about the interactions and effects of policy and politics on public health, particularly relating to food insecurity and nutrition.
