Curtis Antrum

Graduate Assistant

Curtis Antrum serves as a Graduate Assistant at the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Health, collaborating with Dr. Caitlin Caspi and Dr. Kristen Cooksey Stowers. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Allied Health Sciences at UConn. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree from the University of New Haven. Before attending UConn, he gained experience as a Research Assistant at Yale University. Curtis’s research focuses on Food Insecurity, Food Environments, and Community Based Participatory Research.
