Carson Hardee

Director of Communications

Carson Hardee currently serves as the Director of Communications for the Rudd Center. Before joining the Center, he was part of the opening team of the “Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser” at the Walt Disney World Resort. He earned his B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky (UK) with a double minor in Dance and International Business. While at UK, as a Gaines Fellowship in the Humanities recipient, his thesis explored LGBTQ* representation in mainstream visual media. Additionally, he served on the University’s Joint Working Group to ensure that school sexual assault and harassment policies complied with federal Title IX regulations. Past marketing and communications roles include work for the University of Kentucky PR and Marketing, Greystar Real Estate Partners, and multiple arts non-profit organizations.
