Faculty and Staff: Alexis Ludwig, RD
Alexis Ludwig is a Graduate Assistant for the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity. She works with Marketing Initiatives Director Jennifer Harris and the food marketing team and her contributions involve the influence of targeted marketing to youth and family consumption and attitudes.
Alexis earned her B.S. in Dietetics in 2017 from the University of Connecticut and underwent training to become a Registered Dietitian. As a first-year master's student in Health Promotion Sciences at the University of Connecticut, Alexis’ research project examines the influence of food marketing via social media on disordered eating patterns and weight stigma to children and adolescences.
